  I am 33 and have hypothiroid. Sheila Billings is an excellent midwife and answered all my first-time-mom questions. When I when it to early labor at 26 weeks, the clinic called the hospital to make sure I was immediately seen upon arrival. I delivered a healthy baby boy at 39 weeks. I highly recommend this clinic for it's attentive and dedicated staff.

  I have used this OB office during pregnancies with children born in 2009, 2012, and my present baby, due 5/2017. The doctor I previously was a patient of, Dr. Andrea Fernandez, was pretty competent. She also delivered my son in 2008, and probably saved us both. But she had left, as I can completely understand why. The place is an awful every time. Poor front desk attitudes. Lab waits ridiculously long, and it's never because they are backed up. They just forget to check whether anyone is waiting. Ultra sound tech consistently RUSHES through your viewing of your baby, you get 5 minutes or less, and has a negative attitude the entire time. Smile or something, jeez! Especially Christina. She makes it feel like you are inconveniencing HER. Ugh. And then the doctors--- I've never gotten to see the same doctor twice. And I am a patient at high risk, esp for preeclampsia. But the doctors don't know me, they don't take the time to. They look at you with a major attitude of superiority, visits are 5 minutes or less, and never a physical exam, even after I'd gone to the E.R. over the weekend with preterm contractions! Always feel as if your questions are invalid. ALWAYS feel very rushed. I'm looking for a new OB now, at SEVEN MONTHS pregnant, because they are such an underwhelming practice, esp to be "THE" Comprehensive Fetal Care Center. But it seems that options are fairly limited for high risk pregnancy patients in Winston Salem.

  I myself switched to Comprehensive Fetal Care Center after having some genetic testing done there. I am 37 weeks pregnant and I am very pleased with the treatment that I receive. They are extremely attentive to my needs and they make me feel very comfortable. Sheila Billings is absolutely AMAZING. I look forward to my weekly appointments and sonograms. Just a few more weeks and my baby girl will be here.
