- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been on hold for over an hour for billing question. December they told me to mail in a check to cover January pmt. I did then they bank drafted the same premium I would like to be reimbursed $260.34 so I can pay for FEBUARY Customer service is horrible...still on hold for 1hr 15 minutes and still counting.........December 01, 2016by Nancy Cockerham
