- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Office too large and impersonal. Nearly impossible to contact via phone. Front office overworked and understaffed. Impersonal and rigid atmosphere. Not unusual to wait 10 minutes to check in and an hour for appointment. However upon entering office while standing in line to check in a sign warns you if you're 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule and they will not write a prescription when you've missed your appointment. Good Physicians but overscheduled. Office procedures often antagonistic.March 23, 2017by Diane Rowe
