- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very poor bedside manner. Got up and walked out of the room without even giving advice on the best course of treatment. Asked us "what do you want me to do?" Um, aren't you the one who went to medical school? Then you make the comment of "if we could have seen him sooner, we would have cast it." OK - then why not now? And if you review medical records you will see we tried to get my medical treatment for this very issue multiple times dating back to Sept. 23rd. So, getting an attitude with me is not acceptable. Your co-workers did not do their job to give you a referral in an adequate amount of time. Saying, "I recommend nothing" and "I can't help you" as you rush out of a room is the worst interaction I have ever had with a medical "professional." Your lack of care for my son was extremely rude and uncalled for.April 10, 2017by Naomi Baker
