- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There isn't any medical practice that is perfect. However what impresses me about the staff, schedulers, and even physicians, is they recognize a problem, i.e., scheduling, and they take proactive steps to remedy the problem. I have spoken with at least 5 different individuals in the last 10 ten days trying to schedule an appointment. And even though I might not have liked their answer, the answers were presented me in a very polite, professional manner. Promises for returned phone calls were returned when promised.
