  Dr. Mcphail (sp) helped me tremendously a couple years back. He was nice and he listened. He fixed the actual problem. I went to see him recently and encountered a man who didn't even remember that he diagnosed me with a condition. I was in a lot of distress and had passed a couple stones several days previously at home. The hospital suggested I check in with him. He felt that what I was feeling wasn't a stone which was correct. This is what the problem was: he asked my sister numerous times if her phone was recording him. He also kept bringing up the opioid problem in America. I did not come to him for meds. I came for answers. I expressed this to him. He was more worried about pain meds and I already had meds!! He was missing the point. My sister was so offended. It was unfortunate. He was such a nice man formerly. These pill heads have messed it up for those of us who use meds as a very last resort. I still have meds from my surgery in January but he didn't understand that. Lol..I like to fix problems, not band aid them. On the flip side, his staff was awesome and caring. Don't waste your time. The opioid problem has ruined a very smart man.
