- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been taking my dog (Ms.Foxy Brown) to the R.V.H. since I adopted her almost 9 years. My parents also take their pugs (The Pugs) there and always will. We have never had a bad experience. Crystal at the front desk has been there since I started taking Foxy in.We love her, Foxy loves her, and the pugs love her too.She always does her best to get you whatever need. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a new dog owner and came in with about 20 questions for the vet during our first checkup. She addressed each one in an efficient, clear, and very patient manner. I had to come back at the end of the week because my puppy was sick. The staff was flexible enough to fit an appointment in for us on Friday afternoon and then called first thing the following Monday to check on my puppy.
