  Matt Murphy State Farm has been an excellent company for my family to 'grow-up' with. Matt has been a great agent and friend as my needs have changed through the years...from buying that first car/home to having our first child, Matt has been there to help us evaluate each need and life changing event to make an educated, personal decision time and time again. My family actually moved from Winston to High Point and continue to use Matt directly because of the strong lever of service. While we don't walk into the office on a regular basis due to the move, the ease of online access and personal service, is too great to sacrifice. If you want an agent who is going to be there for the long haul, I would highly recommend Matt Murphy and his professional office staff - they really do a great job!

  I first contacted Matt to ask about the differences in polices available as I was soon to be married. My wife and I both had different insurance companies and we were not really impressed with either of them. It wasn't so much the information they provided us it was the manner in which it was provided. I'm sure I'm not the first person to have experiences with a less than friendly insurance company. I was immediately impressed with Matt. He went above and beyond professional courtesy and treated me like a friend that he'd always been around. We were so comfortable with him that choosing State Farm insurance with Matt Murphy in Winston Salem was a no brainer. If you are looking to be treated as more than a number, and to have someone that will honestly look out for your best interest you should talk to Matt.
