  My mother has been going to this clinic for many years she has received great care from the physicians in that facility what upsets me is not the facility is the secretary and people in the front of the clinic not only was mother talked down to from the secretary in the office but told That she was not a priority and what made her think she was more important than anyone else? One thing you don't do is speak to someone that way and two the only reason that women felt like she had the right to speak that way would be because she knows that patients won't speak up because they need the care and they need the physicians assistance with there health problems my mom has diabetes has had 2 heart surgeries and if she gets treated that way what makes me think other patients aren't treated that way to. And it's mainly to the Hispanic community that gets treated that way by that secretary I've seen it myself but Hispanic patients don't know English and with that language barrier that women feels like she can say and do whatever she wants to them..
