  I called to set up an appointment using my Humana Insurance, the person who answered was not rude, but very short with me. When I asked about coverage she said I would get a simple cleaning and one simple X-ray, but would be required to get (2) additional X-rays per their office policy for $44.00. Since then I have contacted another dentist that stated that in their office no requirement of additional X-rays was established. If additional x-rays were needed it would be my discretion to have them. I saw the low rating of this office, but felt it would be unfair on my part to not give them a second chance. However, if the staff and policy are so "hard cast" it maybe a deterrent. My rating is solely based upon that experience.

  Horrible!, absolutely disgusted with the staff (ladies at the front counter who lose important/confidential information) and their [nasty] attitudes and incompetent minds. Oh yeah, by the way, as-far-as speaking with the so-called dentist, I was not impressed: attitudes reflect leader ship. Quack!
